Μια από τις σημαντικότερες ιστορικές έρευνες τοπικού και εθνικού ενδιαφέροντος κυκλοφόρησε από τις εκδόσεις "Δεδεβέσης". Πρόκειται για το βιβλίο του κ. Γεωργίου Στείρη, Αν. Καθηγητή Φιλοσοφίας στο ΕΚΠΑ, με τίτλο "Το Κιβέρι στο διάβα της Ιστορίας", που αποτελεί εξαιρετική προσφορά στην ιδιαίτερή του πατρίδα αλλά και στην τοπική ιστοριογραφία. Ο μικρός ιστορικός οδηγός του Κιβερίου (33 σελίδες) έχει μεγάλα προτερήματα: επιστημονικά άρτιο, είναι γραμμένο με τρόπο απλό ώστε να γίνεται κατανοητό από τον κάθε πολίτη που θα θελήσει να το διαβάσει και ταυτόχρονα, εμπλουτίζει παραδειγματικά τις γνώσεις μας για την τοπική ιστορία και τις αργολικές κοινωνίες.
